Error 691 The computer you are dialing into cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection
Solution
Possible Problems:
* There is a password error
* There is a problem with the account
Possible Solutions:
* Check that the you are typing the username and password in correctly (uppercase/lowercase)
* Lower the speed the modem is trying to connect at
